About The Low Histamine Recipe Place
Hi, I'm a member of the Histamine Intolerance group on Facebook and I see a lot of people saying they don't know what they can and can't eat, that they're starving, that they have very limited ideas on what to eat. We've all been there. I have been collecting a lot of recipes, and people seemed to appreciate my suggestions on things to eat. I wanted to be able to share everything I've found in an easily accessible way (I know Pinterest isn't for everyone, including myself.)
Please keep in mind that we're all individuals, there is no rule that applies to all of us and no magic cure for our bodies quirks. I encourage people to share their tips but please leave attitude and complaints aside - none of us know each others bodies and I'm not claiming to, I'm simply collecting advice and recipes that has been given by dozens of others. If an ingredient doesn't work for you, don't use it! But it may work for someone else.
I am not a fancy HTML guru so I'm simply going to provide a link to the specific post/person/website I got the information from, crediting them, and hope that suffices. I have no affiliation with any of the blogs or persons I link to or mention (even the Histamine Intolerance group.)
Thanks for reading, I hope you gain something from this blog and thanks for any wisdom you leave in the comments.
Sidenote: This blog does not promote the sale of products of any kind. We may discuss products such as pro-biotics and anti-histamines, but we are neither sales affiliates nor offering medical advice. Links to legitimate products are allowed, if anyone is linking to a dodgy site please let me know. Also, I am based in Australia - I do not have access to certain foods or products, and I may highlight foods and products that are not currently in season (in the northern hemisphere) or are particularly available in Australia i.e. supplements available through Australian stores.
